1. General

  • Escape Waikiki Tours (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates private guided tours in Honolulu, Hawaii.
  • By using our services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian.


2. Booking & Payments

  • Reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
  • Prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified at checkout.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Guests may cancel at any time prior to their scheduled tour for a full refund.
  • Tours canceled by Escape Waikiki Tours (e.g., due to weather or unforeseen circumstances): full refund or option to reschedule.


4. Tour Policies

  • Guests must arrive on time at the designated pickup point. Late arrivals may result in shortened or forfeited tours.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs/alcohol or displaying unsafe behavior.
  • Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.


5. Assumption of Risk & Liability

  • Participation in tours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to transportation, outdoor activities, and variable weather conditions.
  • By booking a tour, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Escape Waikiki Tours and its staff are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property during the tour.
  • We recommend all guests have travel insurance.


6. Weather Policy

  • Tours operate rain or shine. In cases of extreme weather (e.g., tropical storms), we may reschedule or cancel tours in the interest of safety.


7. Privacy & Use of Images

  • By joining a tour, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken by our guides for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to the tour.
  • Personal information provided during booking will only be used for reservation and communication purposes.


8. Website Use

  • All content on www.escapewaikikitours.com (including text, images, and logos) is the property of Escape Waikiki Tours and may not be copied or used without permission.
  • We are not responsible for third-party links or content outside of our website.


9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Honolulu, Hawaii.
